Jesus Jam at the Carolina Theater

What: A youth talent showcase of various performing groups.

When: March 27, 2011 from 4:00-7:30pm

Cost: $5 suggested donation per per-son, at the door. Don’t have $5? Come anyway!

Food: Pizza and concessions will be available through the Carolina Theatre.

Deadlines: February 21, 2011 for per-forming groups, though spots may fill quickly. For Youth groups attending, RSVP as soon as possible.

How Can My Group Get Involved?

If your group has an event or project com-ing up that you would like to promote, you can make a video spot—60 seconds or less—to advertise it. We will show it for free at Jesus Jam, as long as your group is attending. These spots are limited, so contact us soon!

Are There Other Things We Can Do?

We will also have a limited number of in-formation tables that your group can ap-ply to use. These will be located in the theatre lobby where other groups can check you out. Contact us to apply. Spots are very limited!

What Is Jesus Jam?

Join us on Sunday, March 27th, at the historic Carolina Theatre in downtown Greensboro and see how other Youth groups worship through awesome music, dance, and drama. An all-youth talent showcase, Jesus Jam is designed to bring youth groups from the Triad area together for an evening of fun, fellowship, worship and praise—all benefitting international missions.

Admission is a suggested $5 donation per person at the door. Don’t have the cash? Come anyway! The event begins at 4:00pm and will end around 7:30pm. Pizza and concessions will be provided by the theatre at a reasonable price.

Does Your Church Have Youth Performing Groups?

We’re looking for the area’s best youth bands, choirs, drama teams and dance groups for this year’s event. Where Does The Money Go?

All proceeds benefit the Mount Pisgah UMC Youth partnership with Strong Missions in San Jose, Costa Rica. Our work with Strong Missions in-volves home repairs for indigent people, school and church con-struction, repair of orphanages, participation in local feeding pro-grams, and more.
